We will be happy to provide you with all the information you need about our city, suggest and book good restaurants for you, print boarding passes, purchase and print online tickets for museums and such things.
It will be our pleasure to take care of you throughout your stay.

The cleaning of the rooms is done every morning.

Courtesy Line toiletries are provided in the bathrooms.

Services with surcharge:
Transfer to and from the airport, with our own private chauffeur.

If you decide to book a transfer, you will be asked to give us your flight number, so that the driver knows precisely the time of your arrival, in this way you will find him waiting at the gate of the airport, with a sign with your name written on it.
Transfer (also available at night) from 1 to 4 people, costs €50, at night time €55, or for groups from 5 to 8 people, a mini bus costs €60/70.

GARAGE PARKING: We have an arrangement with a guarded garage (for a fee) only 30 meters from our B&B.
PRIVATE TOUR: A Multilingual and knowledgeable Guide will guide you and your family or friends to the eternal City in whichever way you prefer. Please write down the details of your needs and we will arrange the tourist package accordingly for the best price.
GROUP TOUR: A Multilingual and knowledgeable Guide will guide you and your family or friends with other groups of peoples to the eternal City in whichever way you prefer.
CITY TOUR: Sightseeing with open top buses to most interesting places. Please let us know if you need help to buy tickets in advance, we will try to help you.


Terms of payment:
To make a reservation, you have to send a deposit of 30%, equal to the amount of the entire stay.
The balance will be required to be paid at check-in.

In cases (when envisaged by the proprietors) of discounted non-refundable tariffs, the traveller is obliged to make the full payment in advance, according to the prices indicated, to conclude the reservation.

Cancellation policy
(except for non-refundable rates)
The guest can change the reservation up to 7 days before check-in
In the event of non-arrival or cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will be retained.
In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.

Conditions of stay Check-in must be carried out from 12:00 to 21:00
The check-out must be done before 10:00. In the case of delayed check-out, the cost of another night may be charged.
Breakfast will be served from 04:30 to 10:30
The tourist tax of €3.50 per person, per night, is not included in the price of the stay.
Children with an age of less than 10 years are excluded from the payment of the daily tourist tax.
The linen change of the bathroom and the bed, is made every 3 days.
The extra linen change, if required, has a cost of €10.00.
Cleaning of the rooms is done every morning.
To allow for cleaning, it is advisable to vacate the rooms by 10.00.
